About Brad Dowd

Biography

Mr. Dowd is a recent transplant to Nashville having previously practiced law in Kansas City for the past 21 years. He has tried dozens of jury cases, the vast majority of which resulted in verdicts in favor of his clients. Mr. Dowd has extensive experience in defending health care professionals in state and federal courts, as well as before state licensing boards. He is a tireless advocate for his clients, while also earning the esteem of his colleagues. He is very excited to join Floyd Law Group and to assist its clients in obtaining favorable results.

Mr. Dowd is married to Catesby Major, who is also an attorney. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Dowd is a musician, who writes and records music, and enjoys playing golf.
