About Kimberly Cooper

Biography

Kimberly Cooper has been practicing law for 33 years, 17 of those years for John Floyd, Sr. From special education issues to worker’s compensation, Mrs. Cooper’s well-rounded history and experience has led her to focus primarily on medical malpractice and business litigation. She has litigated over one hundred cases, both bench and jury, and has resolved cases through alternative dispute resolution as well.

Mrs. Cooper’s strong people skills and strength in writing led her to a career in law, and her tenacity and empathetic approach makes her the ideal lawyer to work with. Mrs. Cooper’s goal with each case is to preserve her clients’ legal standing and reputation, giving 110% to make sure they are able to come away from the experience satisfied.

Mrs. Cooper has invested countless hours in the Nashville community through service to various non-profits. When she is not golfing or teaching her grandchildren how to golf, Mrs. Cooper enjoys travel, scuba diving with her husband and cheering on UT and Vandy football.
